Niepoort LBV 2019 Port

This LBV (Late Bottled Vintage) from the Niepoort estate has a wonderfully stimulating bouquet offering notes of red and black fruit, particularly of cherries. The bouquet is complemented by very harmonious nuances of pepper and subtle hints of dark chocolate. The Niepoort Late Bottled Vintage is full-bodied and simultaneously supple on the palate, with noticeable but very well-integrated tannins. The port wine shows an impressive freshness, a good acidity and a subliminal, mild sweetness.

This deep ruby-red blend, consisting of grape varieties such as Sousão, Tinta Amarela, Tinta Cão, Tinta Francisca and Tinta Roriz, matured for 4 years in large wooden casks, resulting in a fine taste experience that goes beautifully with tangy hard cheeses, pepper steaks or biscuits and cakes as well.

Niepoort

Taylor's Late Bottled Vintage Port 2019
The Taylor’s Late Bottled Vintage Port  unites notes of black fruit, herbs and nuances of liquorice and dark chocolate in its multi-layered bouquet, along with fine mineral aromas. The blend, consisting of the Tinta Roriz, Tinta Barocca, Touriga Nacional, Touriga Francesa and Tinta Cao grape varieties, is soft, velvety and simultaneously sumptuous and very dense on the palate, showing lots of body and offering spicy aromas of the bouquet’s dark fruit.
