Amarula Cream 700 ml

The Amarula Cream is a liqueur made from the marula fruit, which grow on the eponymous wild tree (Sclerocarya birrea) in southern Africa. The ripe fruit are picked and the seeds and the pulp are removed. The skin is not processed. As in winemaking, the resulting mass is fermented. Subsequently, the liquid is distilled. The brandy matures for two years in French oak casks, giving it notes of toasted wood and vanilla. After ageing, the spirit is mixed with cream in order to create a smooth taste.
