Backsberg

Product recommendation

Backsberg Four Pillars Cabernet Sauvignon
The wine has a dark red colour. In the nose spicy aromas of liquorice and vanilla mingled with blackcurrant fruit. Layers of fruit and oak tannins provide the necessary framework for ripe full fruit flavours of plum and blackberry. This Cabernet Sauvignon is long and complex, it has depth and power and will reward further bottle ageing under cellar conditions. An ideal companion for every meal when a fine red wine is called for.

Delheim Pinotage
This pure varietal Pinotage has a nose redolent of red fruit and mocha, showing a high complexity. The wine is characterized by its elegant tannin structure, a good length as well as a dry finish. The Kanonkop Kadette Pinotage matured for 15 months in second-fill French oak casks. Enjoy this wine with pasta, red meat and spicy Asian dishes.
