Der Delaire Graff Rose ist ein nicht ganz alltäglicher Rose. Ist er doch aus 100% Cabernet Franc Trauben vinifiziert. Dieser einzigartige Rose glänzt zart rosa im Glas. Er duftet nach reifen Erdbeeren, Zuckerwatte und Cassis und einem Hauch Amarenakirschen. Am Gaumen präsentiert sich der Delaire Graff Cabernet Franc Rose knackig frisch und sehr saftig. Das Finale ist trocken und glasklar.

Delaire Graff Banghoek Reserve Chardonnay
The Delaire Graff estate is renowned for its elegant, multi-layered wines. The Banghoek Reserve Chardonnay from the eponymous valley located northwest of Stellenbosch in South Africa is the best evidence of this. The valley provides ideal conditions for the Chardonnay grapes, sufficient humidity and balanced sunlight on the slopes. The grapes were harvested by hand in the cool morning hours over a period of 14 days, based on the grapes’ level of maturity. After pressing, the wine was fermented in barrels. Subsequently, the Delaire Graff Banghoek Reserve Chardonnay matured for 10 months in barriques, of which 40% were new French oak casks.The wine has a wonderfully clear bouquet hinting of vanilla and peaches, along with nuances of honey. On the palate, the Banghoek Reserve Chardonnay is multi-layered, marvellously fresh and very elegant. Its long-lasting finish is characterised by a lovely minerality.

This Sauvignon Blanc is a blend consisting of grapes that come from the wine-growing regions of Durbanville, Stellenbosch, Darling and Franschhoek. This white wine from South Africa has a wonderfully enticing bouquet offering notes of tropical fruit, underpinned by nuances of black currants and gooseberries. On the palate, the Declaire Graff Coastal Cuvee Sauvignon Blanc is balanced and beautifully multi-layered. This cuvée also includes small percentages of Semillon which was aged in French wooden casks, giving this assemblage its complexity. The Sauvignon Blanc, wonderfully uniting all the advantages of its cultivation areas, has a fresh, crisp acidity and a long finish.
