Graham Beck Méthode Cap Classique (MCC) Brut im Präsentkarton

An all round crowd pleaser and extremely versatile bubbly crafted from a selection of the classic MCC varieties, Pinot Noir and Chardonnay.

Both varietals were hand-picked: Chardonnay at 18-19.5°B for fruit and elegance and Pinot Noir at 18.5-20°B for complexity and length of flavour. In the cellar whole bunch pressing ensures fractional recovery. After settling of the juice the two varieties are fermented separately. They are then cross-blended along with reserve wine if necessary, bottled and left for 15 to 18 months yeast contact time before disgorgement.

Light yeasty aromas and secondary tones of limey fresh fruit on the nose with rich creamy complexity on the palate. The exceptionally fine mousse contributes freshness and finesse.

The Graham Beck Methode Cap Classique Brut comes with a noble, high-quality present packaging. With golden lettering on a blue surface the packaging from Graham Beck is a real eye catcher.

Graham Beck

Graham Beck Cap Classique Bliss Nectar
This golden sparkling wine from South Africa is a wonderful creation consisting of 45% Pinot Noir and 55% Chardonnay. Magnificently fresh, fruity notes of ripe lemons and passion fruit define the complex bouquet of the Graham Beck Cap Classique Bliss Nectar, which is rounded off by hints of honey, butter and pralines. On the palate, the Méthode Cap Classique with its fine perlage is pleasantly soft, with a fine mousse as well as - in the words of Meryl Weaver - a "beautiful balance of fruit and sugar."  Weaver awards four stars to this sparkling wine in John Platter's Wine Guide."A delight for the senses, guaranteed to seduce and impress, making it the perfect partner when it comes to celebrating the essentials," promises Graham Beck. The experts at the Franschhoek winery in the Western Cape know what they are writing about. Graham Beck ranks among the international leaders in the creation of sparkling wines. Pieter Ferreira has been the cellar master at the winery since 1990; he is considered the best sparkling wine producer in South Africa. You can look forward to an outstanding Méthode Cap Classique, which is perfect as an aperitif or as a companion to fruit desserts (especially with lemon).
