This Haute Cabriere Pierre Jourdan Tranquille Blush Rosé from South Africa combines notes of juicy citrus fruit and peach with raspberries and cranberries in its stimulating bouquet. Salmon-colored in the glass and pleasantly light, elegant, harmonious and simply refreshing on the palate. The cuvée consists of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. The Pierre Jourdan Tranquille is also an elegant rosé wine, which brings with it a good freshness and harmony.

The elegant Pierre Jourdan Tranquille Blush Rosé is also a great wine for making your own mulled wine and punch. It harmonizes perfectly with Christmas spices and is the right choice as the basis for a wonderful rosé mulled wine.

Enjoy this creation from the Franschhoek Valley as a solo wine, with fresh salads, duck, sushi and generally with light summer cuisine. This dry wine from the Western Cape region is also a good choice with fish and poultry dishes.

The Blanc de Noir Rose is the rosewine of the Oude Kaap. This wine is made because the demand for Rose is back in the lift. The wine is made from a blue grape variety, the Pinotage.The light pink color is achieved by having the juice very briefly in contact with the skins, therefore giving it only a bit of it's color.It is a dry Rose, but certainly not a tight dry wine. The fruit, especially with characteristics of strawberry and raspberry, remains in the soft finish. Delicious fresh and soft wine that certainly does great as a summer fruity thirst quencher.Im Winter empfehlen wir den Oude Kaap Rosé als Basiswein für die Zubereitung von Rosé-Glühwein.
