The Delheim winery has been creating its Pinotage Rosé for almost 40 years. And this wonderfully refreshing, invigorating wine is not only one of the best rosés on the market in South Africa, but has a large number of loyal followers worldwide. The Rosé shines bright salmon pink in the bottle. The bouquet of the Delheim Pinotage Rosé offers wonderful notes of strawberry and orchard flowers. On the palate, the dry wine is a real taste sensation with its sweet fruitiness of pink grapefruit, berries and sweet cherries. Crisp acidity rounds out the light and elegant body. This wine enjoyment is vegan-friendly: a clay called "bentonite" and a vegetable protein are used for clarification in the wine production. This eliminates the need for animal products.Enjoy a wine made from hand-picked grapes from the Coastal region, which conveys the special terroir of South Africa like few Rosés only do. An excellent Rosé wine in the literal sense of the word, to be discovered and enjoyed on any occasion, e.g. with mild Thai curry, antipasti or Mediterranean salads.Delheim Pinotage Rosé is also wonderful for making a fruity, elegant mulled wine. Conjure up a fresh and spicy rosé mulled wine together with tasty spices.
