The Waterkloof Circumstance Sauvignon Blanc unites notes of lime and gooseberries in its bouquet, along with nuances of white and green pepper. The grapes for this white wine come from vineyards located near False Bay. On the palate, it is very acidic, fruity and clear, offering an ample texture and a prolonged minerality.

This Sauvignon Blanc was aged in large, used oak casks and is thus a wonderfully stimulating taste experience from South Africa. Try this organically produced white wine with prawns, for example.

Product recommendation

Thelema Sauvignon Blanc
Quite deliberately the South African winery Thelema has not used oak for maturation of this Sauvignon Blanc. The fruitiness of the white wine is hence emphasized. A wonderfully refreshing Sauvignon Blanc, which offers aromas of grapefruit and melon on the nose. Balanced on the palate, light and invigorating.Enjoy the Thelema Sauvignon Blanc as aperitif or with salads, oysters, scallops or chicken. A remarkable wine from the renowned winery that uses only grapes from its own vineyards.
