Bodegas Armas de Guerra Blanco DO

Palomino, formally known as Palomino Fino, is an old white wine variety, which is traditionally used to produce sherry. The Palomino and Dona Blanca grapes form the basis for the Armas de Guerra Blanco. These very local grape varieties give the wine its flaxen colour with light golden glints. The Dona Blanca grape variety is actually called Siria and known as Dona Blanca in Galicia and the Bierzo region. The fragrance of fresh fennel dominates the nose. On the palate, the Armas de Guerra Blanco is fresh and crisp. It is wonderfully round and offers unique, intense fruit aromas. The Armas de Guerra Blanco is a lovely everyday wine for any occasion.

Open the bottle and enjoy it! Drinking wine can be beautifully simple.

Product recommendation

Pedro Escudero Valdelagunde Cuvée Especial Verdejo DO
Pedro Escudero Valdelagunde Cuvée Especial Verdejo DO is an intense, rich wine, in which the flavours of stone fruit (peach, apricot) predominate. Spicy notes appear, lightly, with a touch of vanilla from the oak barrels, accompanying the characteristic, bitter almond aftertaste of a Verdejo wine. This wine has been made exclusively from Verdejo grapes harvested from vineyards of the Bodegas Pedro Escudero, rooted in the rocky lands of the Fuente Elvira vineyard in the village La Seca. Part of the wine is fermented in stainless steel vats, part is a maceration most, other part has paralysed the fermentation and the last part in French and American oak casks.

Terra Linda Viura - Chardonnay

Telmo Rodriguez Gaba do Xil O Barreiro Godello DO
This white wine produced by Telmo Rodriguez is redolent of white blossoms, dried light fruit, spices, almonds and honey. The Telmo Rodriguez Gaba do Xil Godello DO is fresh and accessible on the palate, with a fine minerality and subtly noticeable tannins. The Godello grape variety, Galicia’s autochthonous grape variety, gives this wine its special characteristics. The wine owes its name to the Sil river that crosses the region and was known as Xil in ancient times. Enjoy this white wine from Spain with dishes with white meat. If you wish to enjoy the Godello soon, we recommend decanting the wine shortly before drinking it.
