This white wine from Mallorca has a wonderfully stimulating bouquet offering multi-layered notes of peach, grapefruit, apple, lychee, banana, fennel and tropical fruit. The Macia Batle Blanc de Blancs is creamy, fresh and balanced on the palate, showing impressively intense aromas, a fine minerality and a refreshing acidity. This wine consists mainly of Prensal Blanc, Mallorca’s autochthonous grape variety. It was aged in stainless steel tanks and is a genuine summer pleasure. Thomas Hensel is one of 20 wineries in Bad Dürkheim. His 17-hectare vineyard is located next to the local "airport" (airfield).
