This white wine from Mallorca has a wonderfully stimulating bouquet offering multi-layered notes of peach, grapefruit, apple, lychee, banana, fennel and tropical fruit. The Macia Batle Blanc de Blancs is creamy, fresh and balanced on the palate, showing impressively intense aromas, a fine minerality and a refreshing acidity. This wine consists mainly of Prensal Blanc, Mallorca’s autochthonous grape variety. It was aged in stainless steel tanks and is a genuine summer pleasure. You’ll enjoy discovering the Macia Batle Blanc de Blancs with crispy salads, light fish dishes, seafood or goat’s cream cheese.

The bouquet of the Anima Negra Quibia Blanco is characterised by notes of apples, grapefruit, peach, elderberry, lemon balm and blossoms. This light-gold white wine is made from Mallorca’s autochthonous grape variety. It is fresh, soft and full-bodied on the palate, with a very pleasant balance. Its finish is impressively long, with a lovely structure and a fine minerality.This cuvée, consisting of the red (!) This outstanding red wine, produced by Anima Negra, offers intense notes of red berries in its bouquet, along with fine wood aromas and nuances of vanilla.
